The Just In Time Foundation (JIT) promotes educating young people in academic excellence who live in the Houston zip code areas of 77021 & 77051. We would like to aid these students in obtaining a postsecondary education. The goal of the scholarship program is to provide assistance to outstanding students who plan to continue their education.
Applicants for the $1000.00 up to $2500.00 scholarship must plan to enroll as a full-time student in an accredited institution of higher learning for the fall semester of 2023 and the spring semester of 2024. At the beginning of each semester, recipients must submit proof of enrollment of at least 12 credit hours. The student will receive one-half of the proceeds at the beginning of the first semester and the remaining one-half at the beginning of the second semester, with proof of maintaining a 2.0 GPA or higher in the first semester and proof of enrollment for 12 credit hours for the second semester.

The Scholarship Committee will convene and review all applications. After winners have been determined, the Committee will contact all applicants by Friday, May 20, 2024 to notify them of their status. Award will be sent directly to the institution of choice.
